  • Thursday May 2nd 7pm
    Join us for a Pork Butt Class with Charlie McKenna from Lilies Q. Charlie has been bringing award winning BBQ to Chicago at his restaurant Lillies Q since 2010. Charlie has won Memphis in May so he knows pork. Elevate your game with some great smoking tips. Cost $75
  • Saturday May 4th 4pm
    Join us for a Ribs and Rose Event. We are going to smoke some ribs and sides and pair them with some great Summer Rose Wines. Tim Clark, wine educator for Terlato Wines will be leading the event and ribs will be smoked by Eudell Watts of Old Arthurs BBQ Cost $40
  • Thursday May 16th 7p
    Join us for a Grilling 101 Class to kick off the grilling season. We will go over some basic recipes, tools and techniques to make you a Grillmaster. We will grill on both gas and charcoal to show you the differences. Cost $50
  • Saturday May 18th 3p
    Join us for a Smoking 101 Class with Eudell Watts of Old Arthurs Barbecue Sauce. Learn the basics of smoking meats and sides using charcoal and hardwoods. Explore the tools and techniques to get started in your backyard. Cost $50
  • May 30th 7pm
    Revolution Beer Dinner Join us for a Beer Dinner with Revolution Brewing out of Chicago, IL. Revolution has been brewing beer in Chicago since 2010. This will be a 4-course meal paired with 5 of their beers. Matt Seifert from Revolution Brewing will be on hand to discuss the evening's pairings. Cost $50
  • June 1st 3pm
    Join us for a Butt and Brisket Class with Chris Marks. Chris has won the American Royal 8 times and has developed his line of Good One Smokers and Three Little Pigs sauces and rubs. Learn the proper way to smoke butts and briskets from a real Pitmaster. Cost $75
  • Sunday, June 2nd 3 pm
    Join us for a Sous Vide Class with Philip Preston, president of Polyscience, leading manufacturer of sous vide circulators. Many chefs rely on Polyscience products to turn their culinary visions into realities. Philip will show you how to use the sous vide on such foods as skirt steak, steak, salmon and scallops. We will also use the Smoking Gun to smoke a sauce and Philip will bring copies of his cookbook "Immersed" to sign if you want to purchase. Cost $50

  • Saturday, June 22nd - Big Green Egg Class
  • Thursday, June 27th - Rib Class with Charlie McKenny
