Join us for A Big Green Egg Class, learn what makes the Egg the Worlds Greatest Grill/Smoker. We will smoke some pork, grill some chicken, sear some steaks and even fire some pizzas!

Sunday October 23rd 2:30pm
Join Eudell Watts from Old Arthurs BBQ in an afternoon of Tailgating Treats. Come learn and sample a variety of grill-oriented finger foods that will make you the star of your next backyard or parking lot party. Recipes will include Pork Belly Burnt Ends, grilled Shrimp & Andouille Lollipops, smoked Jalapeo Poppers, and delicious herbed corn ribs. You will walk away from this class with recipes to satisfy both your carnivore and herbivore friends! You will be able to taste all these wonderful dishes at the class!

Saturday November 12th 2:30pm
Join us to learn how to prepare your Thanksgiving turkey on the grill, or in your smoker. This demo is being presented by Eudell Watts, of Old Arthurs Barbecue. The class will draw on Old Arthurs 165 years of BBQ experience and get a step-by-step demonstration from our special guest Eudell, great -great grandson of Old Arthur himself. Learn to grill all your Thanksgiving favorites -- juicy turkey, gravy, side dishes, and a delicious dessert. You will be able to taste all these wonderful dishes at the class!
