Saturday February 22nd 3pm
Join us for a Brisket Trimming Class with Chris Marks from Ace of Hearts BBQ. Students will learn how to trim their brisket and get it ready for smoker. Class includes your own brisket, boning knife and bottle of dry rub to take home. Cost $149

Join us for a Steak Class with Second City Prime purveyors of fine meats and seafood. Second City will deliver an assortment of Prime and Wagyu beef, Iberico Pork and Seafood right to your house. In this class we will grill, sear and sous vide the following meats-Prime Spinalis(Ribeye Cap), Bavette Steak, Prime NY Strip, Prime Skirt Steak, Prime Beef Tenderloin and Spanish Iberico Pork Secreto. Learn about these different cuts and how to grill them the right way! Cost $60
