Wednesday, June 22nd 6 pm
Join us for a Grilling 101 Class with Chef Steve Jackson. Steve has been cooking professionally for 32 years and was the Chicago Bulls Chef for 13 years. He also has appeared on Chopped and Al Roker on the Road. Basic Grilling will include Cowboy Chop and Porterhouse Steak, Spatchcock Chicken, Honey Glazed Butternut Squash and Garlic Lemon Broccoli.

Join us for a Smoking 101 Class with Eudell Watts from Old Arthurs BBQ. Old Arthur's is unique in that the recipes for these products were first formulated over 160 years ago by our great-great-grandfather, one of America's original Pitmasters, Arthur Watts. Chris Marks is a nationally recognized BBQ Competition Chef and has won more than 50 National BBQ Championships including the American Royal 8 times. In this class, you will learn how to smoke pork butt and brisket like a true champion-low and slow!
