Alex Cothell A.k.a. Dr. Porkenstein who teaches a lot of low and slow BBQ classes at our store has opened up a new BBQ place called the Barbeque Factory in Kenosha. Congrats to Alex and Kate! My wife brought us some BBQ back last Saturday and I can testify that it is worth the trip. You can munch on burnt ends the whole way home!!!

Congats to Alex on winning his second Grand Champion in as many weeks! It must be that new FEC100 he got at The Backyard Barbecue Store.
